Notice is hereby given that the New Lisbon Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 9th, 2017 at 7:15 PM at the New Lisbon Town Hall in Garrattsville, NY. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear community response to proposed Local Law # 2 of 2017, a local law adding standards and review requirements for Solar Energy Farms to the existing Town of New Lisbon Site Plan Review Law which was previously adopted as Local Law #1 of 2011.
All interested persons shall be heard. The complete text of the proposed law may be picked up at the New Lisbon Town Clerk’s office or viewed here: Draft 3 – New Lisbon Solar Farm Law (1).
