HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
Notice is hereby given that the Town of New Lisbon, County of Otsego has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year.
From May 1st to May 21st the assessment roll may be seen at the Town Clerk’s office during office hours. The assessment roll for the Town of New Lisbon may be viewed at the Otsego County website using the following link: www.otsegocounty.com/depts/rps. This page brings you to the Real Property page where you can access: Assessment Rolls.
The Assessor will be in attendance at the New Lisbon Town Hall, 908 County Hwy. 16, Garrrattsville, NY on
May 2nd from 2:30PM to 6:30 PM,
May 8th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM,
May 12th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and
May 16th from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
The New Lisbon Board of Assessment Review will meet at the New Lisbon Town Hall on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
