LEGAL NOTICE: TOWN OF NEW LISBON
The Town of New Lisbon is accepting sealed bids on the following items:
- Up to 5000 yards of Sand (Maximum size one inch minus). Price per yard. Dirty or contaminated sand will be subject to rejection.
- Crusher Run-3/4 inch minus—price per yard.
- Item 4—price per yard.
- Bank Run—price per yard.
- Cobbles—price per yard.
- #2 Stone—price per yard.
The Town Board would like two pricing options: one with the town picking up the materials at the site and one with the materials being delivered to the Highway Garage.
Sealed bids will be accepted by the New Lisbon Town Clerk, 829 Co. Hwy. 16, Garrattsville, NY 13342 until 7:30 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at which time they will be opened by the New Lisbon Town Board at their regular monthly meeting.
