TOWN OF NEW LISBON LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the regular June monthly meeting of the New Lisbon Town Board has been changed to Wednesday, June 8, 2016, 7:30 PM at the Town Hall in Garrattsville.
Further notice is hereby given that the New Lisbon Town Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 7:30 PM on two proposed Local Laws as follows:
Proposed Local Law #2 of 2016, A Local Law Establishing a Moratorium on the Creation and Installation of “Solar Energy Farms” in the Town of New Lisbon. This local law would set a six month moratorium while the Town works on revising site plan review regulations to specifically cover solar farms.
Proposed Local Law #3 of 2016, A Local Law Governing the Appointment of a Temporary Administrator by the Town of New Lisbon. This local law would allow the Town Board to appoint a town officer or employee to substitute for the Town Supervisor and Deputy Town Supervisor when they are unavailable.
Copies of the complete text of the proposed laws may be picked up at the Town Clerk’s office or viewed below. All interested parties will be heard at the public hearings.
