  8. Flood Damage Prevention law—our draft was approved by the NYSDEC, set up for public hearing in January 2017.
  9. Solar farm regulations—draft from Planning Board for review.
  10. Approval to pay bills.
  11. Any appropriation changes to cover accounts and bills.
  12. Set date for 2017 Organizational meeting.
  13. Schedule public hearing on 2017 Fire Protection contract.
  14. Any other old or new business.
  15. Open floor to public.
