Town Facility COVID-19 Guidelines

At the Town Board Meeting on May 11, the board approved the following rules for use of the town hall facilities. These will be reviewed at the next town board meeting on June 8, taking into consideration the recently relaxed CDC guidelines.

Pavilion:

  1. Open for all events
  2. Advance reservation required
  3. No more than 100 persons
  4. Masks and distancing required (except for single household events)
  5. List of attendees’ names and contact info required (except for single household events)
  6. Use of community room with advance reservation and limited to use of bathrooms and kitchen by no more than six persons at a time. Eating in the building is not permitted.

Community Room:

  1. Open for use by clubs and other organizations for regular meetings
  2. Parties and other social events are not permitted
  3. Advance reservation required
  4. No more than 50 persons
  5. Masks and distancing required
  6. List of attendees’ names and contact info required
  7. Eating in the building is not permitted

Town Hall Offices:

  1. Open for town business
  2. Masks and distancing required (unless all present are vaccinated)
